Mr.B.Ramaswamy (President & MD)
M.Sc., PGDBM (IIM)

Mr B Ramaswamy (or BR as he is popularly called) is President and Managing Director of Sonata Software Limited, and is responsible for the overall strategic growth of the organization. He is also on the Board of Directors of Sonata Information Technology Limited, as well as on the Supervisory Board of TUI InfoTec GmbH, Germany.

BR joined Sonata in 1986, when it was a startup company, as its Marketing Controller. Over the years, he has been successfully spearheading an organizational model that unifies development, support and marketing across all group companies. BR has many years of international experience in sales, corporate management and M&A.. His philosophy of driving continuous business transformation by leveraging on state-of-the-art technologies, backed by a strong customer driven service perspective, has enabled Sonata to emerge as an international IT consulting and software services company. Today Sonata is the Outsourcing Partner of Choice for many Global and Fortune enterprises.

Prior to Sonata, Mr Ramaswamy executed various Senior Management assignments at Voltas Ltd.

Born in Bangalore, BR is a Post Graduate from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi and a Management Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad. He stays with his wife and two children and spends his leisure time swimming, meditating or practising yoga.

P Srikar Reddy (EVP & COO)
B.E., PGDBM (IIM)

An Engineering graduate of REC Trichy and a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Srikar is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited, Sonata Information Technology Limited and Managing Director of TUI InfoTec Limited. As COO of Sonata, Srikar is responsible for all of the company’s business operations across the markets of America, Europe, Japan and India.

Srikar joined Sonata in 1986, and has been pivotal in building Sonata’s credibility as a trusted and reliable IT services partner. Srikar’s philosophy of driving business transformation through a single minded focus on customer service has enabled Sonata to grow to 12 locations, 4 Global Development Centres and 2200+ people. Today Sonata is the Outsourcing Partner of Choice for many Global companies.

Prior to joining Sonata, Srikar has held technology management roles in companies such as Pythagoras Communications Systems and L&T, delivering products and solutions and servicing customers globally.

Srikar is passionate about cricket and spends his spare time reading, meeting people and spending time with his family.

Sujit Mohanty
M.A. (Vanivihar University-Bhubaneswar), PGDBM (XIM-Bhubaneswar)

Mr.Sujit Mohanty, Assistant Vice President, has a total work experience of 18 years, of which over 16 years have been at Sonata. He is currently heading Product Marketing and Business Solutions Group. Prior to the current responsiblity in Sonata-Bangalore, he was heading product sales activities in Delhi and Kolkata. He was working with ACE(Hyderabad) before joining Sonata in 1991.
